Using Pulse Pair
You must be 16 or older. You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for what you choose to share with your partner.
Wellness only, not medical advice
Scores, insights and cycle predictions are estimates for general wellness. Pulse Pair is not a medical device, does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and must not be used as contraception. Talk to a qualified professional about medical concerns.
Your content
You own your data. You give us permission to process it only to run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, attempt to access another person's data without their consent, or use it to monitor someone who hasn't agreed to share.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Profile. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Liability
Pulse Pair is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Nutshell Films Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
